Turning an empty container into a usable office means hiring framers, insulators, an electrician and an HVAC tech — then waiting on all of them. Our finished office models bring those trades together. The $12,500 Starter keeps it simple: one door, one window and interior paneling, without HVAC, electrical, lights or finished flooring. Delivery and site-specific costs are quoted separately.
